Brian has over 30-years experience handling commercial litigation issues including antitrust and unfair competition matters, false advertising claims, product marketing and distribution issues, non- competition claims, business disputes, and agreement and contract problems. He has successfully tried substantial jury and bench cases in Federal and State courts.

Brian also has over 30-years experience handling employment issues such as negotiating collective bargaining agreements, resisting union organization efforts, dealing with unfair labor practice charges, solving labor disputes, and litigating wrongful termination, wage dispute, sexual harassment, employer practices, Title VII employment discrimination, employee discipline issues, and agreement and contract cases.

Brian additionally has significant experience in representing criminal defendants in major crimes, running the gamut from murder, kidnapping, armed robbery, felony drug distribution, to various white-collar criminal activity.  He has not only plea bargained such cases, he has tried them to conclusion before juries.
