He manages a litigation practice in the areas of insurance bad faith and coverage, professional liability, construction, product liability, injury, and other defense matters. In addition to his trial court practice, he has substantial appellate experience in having been involved in multiple successful appeals in the Utah Supreme Court and the Utah Court of Appeals.
