Casey’s practice is focused on commercial law, namely, corporate, trademark, and real estate matters. He is committed to providing the highest quality of legal representation for his clients. He values being prompt and keeping his clients actively informed of their legal matters.
Casey assists his clients in managing trademark portfolios and counsels clients on brand name clearance, registration, use, and intellectual property protection strategies. He represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal actions involving claims under the Lanham Act, unfair competition, breach of contract, and domain name disputes.
Casey has extensive experience in representing businesses in the start-up stage all the way through maturity. He helps clients with a wide variety of contract and real estate issues, including commercial disputes with third parties. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their legal objectives in the most efficient and economical manner. He enjoys a nice work-life balance, but will pull all-nighters and work weekends for his clients when necessary.
