Emerging Growth

Prior to practicing law, Fred was the co-founder of a home services startup and has been involved in the startup community ever since. He brings that first-hand experience and knowledge to his legal practice where he works with startups and their founding teams.
Fred helps his clients understand the legal challenges they will face as a startup and counsels with them on how to move forward in matters of company formation, company financing, intellectual property protections, team building and employment law, tax matters, supplier, partner and customer contracts, real estate matters, and eventually mergers and acquisitions.
As part of his practice, Fred writes company formation documents for LLCs and Corporations, convertible note agreements, seed round financing documents and other follow-on series offering documents – including preparing term sheets and supporting the negotiation of terms, employment and contractor agreements, NDAs, assignment agreements, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and other general business agreements.
