Nick has successfully defended clients in numerous cases through settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. Nick has jury trial experience in state and federal court and has prevailed on over twenty-five dispositive motions at the trial court and appellate level.

He has been playing the French horn for twenty years. Nick used to play in a band with his friends, which donated all of its album and ticket sales to charity, but eventually gave up the rock star life to become a lawyer.
