With over 20 years of experience as a trial attorney, Steve’s law practice has focused on tort and employment litigation in federal and state courts, and administrative agencies as well as advising companies, government entities and individuals on employment, contract, property and risk management matters.

In addition to acting as first chair in numerous jury trials, he has also successfully argued before the Utah and Idaho Supreme Courts. He is the author of various changes to the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure and Utah Code. Steve has also appeared on CNN, C-Span, BBC Radio, KUTV, KTVX, KSL Radio, KTKK Radio, and Swiss TV.

Steve is an award-winning photographer, an award-winning podcaster, a radio-show host, a certified travel agent, and loves traveling, reading, writing, skiing, playing racquetball, and attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival each year with his family.
