William’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property matters, including trademark registration, protection, and prosecution. He has successfully overturned trademark office actions to achieve trademark registration for clients and has dealt with a wide variety of trademark issues ranging from federal actions under the Lanham Act to domain name disputes.

William also has experience handling commercial litigation and transactional matters, namely, contract disputes, landlord tenant issues, real estate matters, and drafting contracts. He values being reliable, prompt, and keeping clients informed on their legal matters.

Outside of the office William enjoys spending time with his wife, Paris, and their daughter, Charlotte. He loves to travel, golf, and enjoys watching and writing about movies on his film website with his brother.
