Strong & Hanni prides itself on the collegiality of its attorneys and training opportunities for associates. The firm provides formal mentor relationships between partners and associates, monthly firm-wide in-house CLE training, and significant case management and client interaction opportunities for associates early on in their careers. Strong and Hanni's attorneys come from a variety of backgrounds and bring to their practices varied interests and perspectives that foster the innovation and broad creative approaches the firm seeks to cultivate in meeting its clients needs. Outside of the office, Strong & Hanni attorneys and staff are active in their communities, filling bar section and professional organization leadership positions, fielding a Wasatch Back relay race team, assisting with the Young Lawyer's Division's Wills for Heroes program, and presenting at numerous state and national trainings, to name just a few activities.
