Capstone Headwaters Advises Stratozen on its sale to ConnectWise
Denver, CO – Capstone Headwaters, a leading international investment banking firm, advised Stratozen, Inc. (“Stratozen” or the “Company”), on its sale to ConnectWise, LLC. Strong and Hanni served as legal counsel to the Company on the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
