Andrew has more than a decade of experience focused primarily in the areas of insurance coverage, insurance defense, and bad faith defense. He has handled numerous complex civil litigation cases, including appellate work, in a wide assortment of areas, including personal injury, transportation, product liability, premises liability, and construction defect cases. He also enjoys advising insurance companies on claims-handling issues and insurance policy construction.
With a background as a marketing manager for an entertainment company, Andrew has always had a passion for persuasive writing and problem solving, which are some of his favorite aspects of the practice of law. Andrew has also utilized that background in his copyright practice.
When Andrew is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, snow-skiing, and participating in various sports.
