Dustin practices primarily in Strong and Hanni’s Healthcare Law Group where he represents physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other health care providers in both transactional and litigation matters, including medical malpractice. Dustin has experience navigating complex health care regulations including HIPAA, STARK and Anti-Kickback statutes. Dustin also represents clients in general business matters including entity formation, mergers & acquisitions, trademarks, franchising, employment law, and litigation related thereto. Regardless of the practice field, Dustin aspires to help clients find the most efficient and strategic means to resolve their dispute or complete their transaction and get back to their everyday lives.
When outside of the office, Dustin enjoys playing ice hockey, hunting, occasionally going to the gym, tinkering with household projects, and spending time with his wife and their continuously expanding pack of dogs.
