Nancy began her legal career at a nutraceutical company, where she oversaw FDA compliance, patent and trademark procurement, and outside litigation.
Her experience naturally led her to the field of Mass Torts, where she pursued product liability cases involving dangerous drugs and unsafe medical devices. Her work encompassed complex civil litigation, pharmaceutical and general products liability, multi-district litigation, consumer protection, personal injury, wrongful death, and class action litigation.
Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Utah in 1988. After completing post-graduate work in Economics, she attended the University of Idaho, College of Law, where she graduated in 1992 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar the same year.
In 2024, Nancy joined Strong & Hanni, where she primarily works in the insurance defense practice area. She leverages her extensive experience in complex litigation to provide effective and strategic representation to her clients.
An avid equestrian, Nancy owns Quarter Horses and is a member of the American Quarter Horse Association. She is also a past board member of the Utah Quarter Horse Association. She enjoys trail riding with family and friends and attending horse shows.
