Paul brings over 35 years of experience representing clients in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, product liability, professional liability, and transportation cases. He handles claims through litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, often helping clients resolve disputes before litigation when possible.

Paul has successfully concluded over 40 bad faith cases on summary judgment motions and tried several others to favorable outcomes. His work includes first- and third-party defense, agent defense, and related coverage litigation. He has defended large product liability cases involving construction products, power equipment, motor vehicles, wrecker design, and manufacturing equipment. His practice also includes personal injury, property damage defense, and first-party auto claims.

Paul has extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts, including jury trials. He has tried cases before U.S. District Courts and Utah State Courts and argued over 35 appellate cases before the Utah Supreme Court, Utah Court of Appeals, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
