Kaitlyn Haven is a registered patent attorney at Strong & Hanni, where she practices in patent prosecution, intellectual property matters, and business and commercial litigation. She represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes and advises businesses on intellectual property enforcement and infringement issues.
She has experience working with both Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups. During law school, she was the first recipient of the Diversity in Technology & IP Law Scholarship and Internship, through which she gained hands-on experience in both in-house and outside counsel roles supporting intellectual property strategy, prosecution, and enforcement.
With a background in mechanical engineering, Kaitlyn brings strong technical insight to complex patent and IP-related matters. She is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal solutions and clear, effective advocacy.
