Andrew is a transactional attorney who combines business acumen with legal expertise to help companies and individuals achieve their objectives. His practice focuses on business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, real estate, and estate planning. Andrew’s dual background in law and accounting allows him to approach each matter with both legal precision and financial insight. Andrew advises individuals, startups, and established businesses through a full range of corporate and financial legal matters.
Andrew assists clients with entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, business acquisitions and sales, tax and estate planning, and real estate transactions. He takes pride in offering clear and strategic counsel tailored to each client’s goals—whether they are growing a business, structuring a transaction, or planning for the future.
Andrew earned a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree from BYU with an emphasis in Tax, equipping him with the analytical tools to navigate both the legal and financial dimensions of sophisticated business and planning issues. Andrew is committed to delivering solutions that balance legal precision with practical business sense.
Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. He is an avid runner and pickleball player, loves traveling, and can often be found watching any sport—especially if it involves BYU.
