Before practicing law, I worked in management at a tech company where my team and I solved difficult problems for our clients daily. Over the years, I built a mindset of strategic thinking and long-term planning that has remained with me. My experiences have forged a deep understanding of driving business performance, and the stress that front line management faces each day.

My practice focuses exclusively on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions across various industries, along with commercial lending/finance and private equity. For both small and large businesses, I have closed more deals than I can count and have helped build organizations from the ground up.
