H. Burt Ringwood

Burt has 30 years of real estate, business, tax, and construction experience. He represents clients in diverse and sophisticated business, real estate, estate planning and construction disputes and transactions. This includes general business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial finance and leasing transactions, title and boundary issues and interference with property interests. Mr. Ringwood’s experience in mergers and acquisitions includes both the selling and acquiring side.

Burt serves many clients in general business needs, represents contractors, owners, subcontractors, commercial and residential developers, in a wide variety of construction and finance related matters throughout the state of Utah and the Intermountain West. He has extensive involvement with all areas of business and construction law, including contract negotiation and formation, documentation, and licensing.

Outside of the office Burt enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hiking, and reading.
