Casey’s practice is focused on real estate and business transactional matters. He assists his clients with the development, entitlement, and construction of multi-family and commercial projects. He further helps his clients with acquiring, developing, constructing, selling, financing, managing, and leasing their real property interests. He has extensive experience in representing funds, contractors, owners, investors, developers, and users of retail, industrial, commercial, HOA, multi-family, mixed-use, and residential properties. Casey assists clients with forming business entities, joint ventures, partnerships, and drafting all types of contracts. He assists his clients with registering and maintaining their trademarks and other intellectual property.
