Chet W. Neilson

Before joining Strong & Hanni, Chet practiced for five years with the largest private law firm based in California’s central valley, where he represented some of the nation’s largest insurers in a variety of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters, sometimes involving disputed sums of tens of millions of dollars. He has significant experience in actions for contribution, indemnity, subrogation, bad faith, and declaratory relief. His knowledge of insurance law encompasses a wide range of insurance, including commercial general liability, employment practices, homeowners, auto, and directors and officers.
Chet also has experience in other areas of the law, including insurance defense and commercial litigation.
