Lori A. Jackson

Lori has over two decades of experience handling transactions from a variety of industries – large and small. She is uniquely suited to handle securities work in an industry dominated by male attorneys. Her clients include household names as well as smaller, growing businesses. Lori presently serves as the secretary to the Board of Directors at Strong & Hanni Law Firm. She leads a team within the firm doing mergers and acquisitions, corporate guidance, commercial banking, and contract drafting. Outside the office she enjoys her family, and loves travel and personal exercise.
