Marshall J. Hendrickson

Marshall joined Strong & Hanni in 2016 to guide clients through opportunities and challenges that call for solutions in the law. He navigates people and businesses through lawsuits, negotiations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Marshall’s clients include people in every stage of life and businesses engaged in supporting families, transporting life essentials to communities, building homes, and protecting lifetimes of saving and hard work. No matter the need, Marshall’s first priority is to support every client with sound and practical advice, honest feedback, and firm advocacy. Marshall does his best to be diligent in following the “sundown rule” by responding to his clients’ calls and questions on the same day he gets them.
Marshall defends people and businesses facing lawsuits involving wrongful death, premises liability, property damage, real estate disputes, construction defects, dram shop claims, contract disputes, bad faith claims, first and third-party insurance claims, and insurance coverage. He represents businesses engaged in all types of industries, including insurance, transportation, construction, and petroleum.

Marshall and his wife Amy live in Holladay, Utah with their six kids. On weekends in the fall, there is a good chance you will find Marshall on the sideline of a football field, coaching up student athletes. Marshall lived in Japan for two years, leading to a lifetime of learning the language and loving the culture.
