Peter H. Christensen

Peter has more than 30 years’ experience in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, bad faith, trucking, cargo, construction defect, product defect, fires, and contract litigation. Peter’s clients are insurance carriers and their insureds, transportation companies, product manufacturers and a variety of corporate entities. Peter has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through either settlement, mediation, arbitration, or jury trials. Peter has defended clients in 48 first chair jury trials.

In his spare time, Peter likes to run, mountain bike and fly fish. His favorite pastime is trying to get his wife and four kids to laugh at his jokes, which occasionally works.
