Phil has 31 years of experience representing clients in medical malpractice cases. His practice focuses in the areas of medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, and insurance defense. He represents clients in a variety of medical malpractice claims defending doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals. He also has experience in the defense of attorneys in professional liability cases at all stages of litigation, including trial and appellate practice.
