Reid W. Lambert
Shareholder
Reid has helped clients solve problems since 1990. He believes the four keys to success in the law are careful evaluation, good judgment, thorough preparation, and fearless advocacy. He regularly represents clients ranging from individuals in the humblest of circumstances to large corporations. Throughout his career, he has successfully solved problems in the courtroom, at the negotiating table, and often, in the privacy of a client consultation.
Reid’s primary expertise is litigating commercial disputes, but he has broad experience in securities, employment, intellectual property, oil and gas, real estate, and white-collar criminal defense. He also regularly represents creditors, trustees, and debtors in federal bankruptcy proceedings. He is an exceptional writer and an effective oral advocate who is equally effective before a judge, a jury, or an appellate panel.
