Robert L. Janicki

Bob has 32 years of litigation experience in both federal and state courts with an emphasis on construction, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, and professional liability cases.

He represents a variety of entities in the construction industry including general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers in all aspects of construction related litigation including construction defect claims, construction site injuries and contractual disputes.  His practice also includes contract drafting and negotiation as well as working with municipalities. He also handles all aspects of insurance issues related to construction activities.

Bob has represented manufacturers, and distributors in products liability cases with an emphasis on construction related products such as windows, piping, boilers, and HVAC equipment.  He has also defended a wide range of cases involving products such as mini-blinds, recreational products, trailers and associated components, tires, electrical equipment, health care products, medical devices, and food products. He also handles a wide variety of commercial title matters and representation of insurance agents and other professionals. He is an approved panel counsel for numerous insurance carriers.
