Roger H. Bullock

Roger has over 40 years of legal experience at Strong & Hanni as attorney, full equity shareholder, and practice group leader.  Now as Of Counsel, he has a close and regular relationship with the firm and is available for consultation.

He has handled over 500 cases successfully resulting in settlement or summary judgment. He has been lead counsel in 56 civil jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts, which were tried to a final verdict or judgment. He uses ADR mediation whenever possible with a high rate of success.

He has experience with a wide variety of motor vehicle, equipment, and construction accidents. He works with aviation law issues including product liability, aircraft accident causation, and airport liability.

He is experienced in dealing with liability cases involving aircraft engine and avionics, construction equipment liability, truck and automobile design, and manufacturing equipment. Recently he was lead counsel in a jury trial involving an oil refinery explosion.

His work in insurance coverage deals with commercial and personal lines, aviation insurance, professional liability, declaratory judgment actions and defense of bad faith claims arising from excess judgments.

He represents attorneys, corporate directors and officers, real estate professionals, and securities brokers in professional liability matters.
