Ryan C. Bullock

Ryan is a member of Strong & Hanni’s commercial litigation and business sections.  He is especially great at explaining the difficult and often intimidating litigation process to his clients.  He has the uncanny ability to make his clients feel comfortable and directed in otherwise challenging circumstances.  Ryan often represents clients in business disputes dealing with complex commercial litigation issues, contracts, and real estate matters.  He has also defended contractors and subcontractors in several construction defect and contract cases as well as various network marketing companies involving business disputes, enforcement of non-compete agreements, and contract claims.  Outside of the courtroom, he is experienced in assisting clients with business formation, navigating the often treacherous field of state and federal regulation compliance, and providing legal guidance on general business operations.

Extremely driven in his personal life, Ryan has completed seven marathons (and counting), including the Boston Marathon, two full-distance Ironman triathlons, countless half-marathons, and many other endurance events.  While attending Brigham Young University, he was a scholarship athlete competing on the cross-country and track and field teams.  Away from the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, attending sporting events, golfing, and traveling.
