Stan’s practice concentrates in construction and design law, real estate and development law, construction defect and design liability defense, insurance and surety defense, business law, employment law, and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented and defended real estate developers, construction and design-build firms, architects, engineers and design professionals, insurance and surety companies, business and commercial clients in a variety of complex multi-party litigation situations.

Stan is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Utah, the Utah Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Federal Circuit Court in Washington D.C. He also represents clients in arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution settings.
