ABOUT

Steve has been representing clients in a variety of high exposure matters, including the areas of product liability, professional liability, bad faith, and transportation cases, for more than twenty years. He was invited in 2008 to become a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honor restricted to no more than 1% of practicing attorneys in the United States, based upon his professionalism and extensive and highly successful history of jury trials. He has successfully tried to conclusion more than fifty jury trials in Utah state and federal courts and argued appeals before Utah appellate courts and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
