Mr. Schultz is a shareholder and also General Counsel for Strong & Hanni. His practice for the last several years has focused primarily on representing lawyers in professional liability cases and disciplinary matters as well as other professionals, including real estate agents and brokers and accountants. During his career, Mr. Schultz has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials, including product liability, employment, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, premises liability and automobile personal injury, divorce, contract, and HOA cases. Mr. Schultz has also represented clients in many appellate cases in state and federal courts.
