Brittney A. Graff
Associate
Brittney joined Strong & Hanni as a clerk after her second year of law school. As a member of the Firm’s Health Care Law Group, she represents health care providers in complex medical malpractice cases, reviews provider contracts and policies, and advises clients on state and federal health care regulations, including HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback statutes. Brittney has a genuine passion for helping others and strives to be an advocate for the needs of her clients.
Originally from Orem, Utah, Brittney attended Brigham Young University, where she studied Public Health. She discovered her passion for health law and policy through advocacy work and connecting with legislators in Utah and Washington, D.C. Because of this, Brittney decided to pursue a law degree and attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU.
Outside of the office, Brittney puts her energy toward any creative outlet she finds, including painting, quilting, film photography, and cooking. She also enjoys finding new movies to watch, steadily working toward her goal of seeing every Oscar Best Picture winner.
