Brooklyn Lindsey is an associate practicing civil litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, professional liability, construction defect, and other general liability defense matters. She is committed to serving the needs of her clients and works alongside several of Strong & Hanni’s most experienced attorneys to deliver comprehensive, strategic representation.
A Utah native, Brooklyn earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Utah. After working for the United States Senate, she returned to the University of Utah to attend law school on a full-tuition scholarship. During law school, she was a Quinney Research Fellow, externed for the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, and worked with several public interest organizations.
Before joining Strong & Hanni, Brooklyn continued her legal and policy work at Ivory Innovations, where she analyzed regulatory issues and helped develop creative, practical solutions—skills she now brings to her litigation practice.
In her free time, Brooklyn enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing with her husband, and slowly working her way through classic literature.
