Jennifer L. Falk

Jennifer’s practice is devoted exclusively to family law.   With over thirty years of experience, Jennifer has the knowledge and the ability to reach favorable resolution for her clients in even the most complex and sophisticated cases.  She represents a number individuals with high-net-worth estates.  Jennifer is also skilled in child custody cases and helps her clients with their goal of protecting their children from conflict.

Resolution oriented, while remaining a strong advocate for her clients, Jennifer offers her clients the ability to engage in the collaborative law process in addition to the traditional litigation track.  In Collaborative law, the clients commit to not go to court, but instead work to settle the issues in their divorce with the help of their attorneys in four-way meetings.    The process allows the parties to be flexible and creative.

Jennifer is a member of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), and she is the past president of the Mountain States Chapter of the AAML.   She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law section of the Utah State Bar and has lectured and been a panelist for several continuing legal education seminars.  She is the mother of two sons.  When not working, you may find her cooking and hosting a friend-filled dinner party, fly fishing with her husband, or hiking a southern Utah trail near their cabin outside of Torrey.
