Jeremiah is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on insurance coverage, defense, and bad faith litigation. Before becoming an attorney, he spent more than a decade with one of the nation’s largest casualty insurers in various roles, from front-line adjuster to leading claims teams. He also served as the insurer’s corporate representative in bad faith litigation, sitting for depositions on several occasions. Having experienced litigation from the client’s perspective, he offers practical advice and thoughtful support as clients navigate their cases.
Jeremiah graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
Originally from New York, Jeremiah has called Utah home for nearly two decades. He enjoys trail running, cycling, reading, and spending time with his wife and children.
