Marissa R. Nunez

Marissa began working with Strong & Hanni as a law clerk during her second year of law school. Her practice focuses on business matters, as well as civil litigation. She works with Strong & Hanni’s experienced attorneys to draft individualized contracts and provide compliance consulting for business owners and individuals. Her practice also focuses on commercial litigation matters as well as insurance defense matters.

Marissa grew up in Texas and moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University. She received her bachelor’s degree from BYU, where she graduated summa cum laude and then went on to graduate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. While in law school, Marissa was a member of the trial advocacy team and served as editor on the Journal of Public Law.

Outside of the office, Marissa enjoys hiking, water coloring, yoga, and eating good food.
