J.D. Williams focuses his practice on defending employers in litigation, with particular emphasis on claims brought under Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He represents employers in in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination, guiding clients through all phases of the process from administrative proceedings through trial.

In addition to his employment litigation practice, J.D. has substantial experience handling contract disputes, construction litigation, probate and trust litigation, and healthcare payor-provider disputes. His broad litigation experience equips him to craft practical, strategic solutions. J.D. is committed to delivering thoughtful, efficient, and results-driven advocacy tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Outside the office, J.D. enjoys camping, paddleboarding, and hiking in Utah’s outdoors. He especially loves to spend time with his wife and their two daughters.
