Kristin VanOrman was involved in the widely televised trial of known as the Gwyeneth Paltrow ski case. Ms. VanOrman represented Terry Sanderson in the defense of Paltrow’s counterclaim. While Paltrow prevailed on liability in the case, VanOrman was successful in resolving the case for her client on the issue of attorneys fees and costs, thereby limited Paltrow’s recovery to solely $1.00.
