Strong & Hanni has an opportunity for an associate litigation attorney in one of our insurance defense litigation practices. This position will join an established practice group focused on defense litigation. Strong & Hanni has offices in both SLC and Sandy, Utah. Positions are available in both our Salt Lake and Sandy, Utah office

Requirements
- 2 + years of litigation experience
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to take and defend depositions
- Skilled in legal research methods
- Ability to brief and argue motions
- Excellent writing skills and legal analysis
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product
