Strong & Hanni has an opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney. This position will join an
established practice group focused on defense litigation and insurance coverage. Strong & Hanni has offices
in both SLC and Sandy, Utah.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Prior insurance defense and insurance coverage experience preferred
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to take and defend depositions
• Skilled in legal research methods
• Ability to brief and argue motions
• Excellent writing skills and legal analysis
• Must be organized and self-motivated
• Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently
and delivering a consistent work product
