Corporate Finance
Strong & Hanni’s corporate finance attorneys assist clients through the sensitive and time-critical disclosure issues associated with fund raising. We advise our clients on compliance reporting, exchange regulation and corporate governance matters, and guide them through corporate finance transactions, including privates placements and M&A transactions. We provide our clients a cross-practice spectrum of services, including when appropriate, bringing tax, employment, securities, and real estate experience to the deal. We assist lenders and borrowers in documenting commercial loans and financing transactions including real estate loans, project finance, debt restructuring, structured loans, and unsecured credit facilities.
