R. Jesse Davis

Jesse has been representing corporations and individuals for their transactional and litigation needs since graduating from law school in 2016.  Jesse has substantial experience in maneuvering through complex commercial real estate transactions with deals ranging from thousands to tens of millions of dollars.  When he is not working on getting deals done, Jesse effectively advocates for his clients in federal and state courts, arbitration and mediation. Jesse has first chair trial experience and can help you from the start of a case though trial. Jesse’s litigation practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, landlord tenant disputes, trade secrets, and other business and real estate issues.
