Jack D. Smart

Jack is a native Utahn with a background in politics and the great outdoors. Jack worked his way through the University of Utah, helping with local election campaigns and snowboarding as much as possible. Jack moved to Eugene Oregon to attend law school and clerked with a plaintiffs workers compensation firm in Yakima Washington, before realizing he missed the mountains of the Wasatch front. Jack has always enjoyed advocacy and the challenges the law can present. He enjoys working with people, constantly towards the best outcome for his clients. Jack brings a unique perspective, having worked on both sides of civil disputes. Jack currently concentrates his practice on insurance defense, construction law, aviation liability, workers compensation, medical cannabis and transportation.

Outside of the office, Jack enjoys snowboarding, backpacking, traveling, and chasing his dogs.
