Jessica Johnston is an experienced trial lawyer and is a shareholder of Strong & Hanni. Ms. Johnston advises clients on general civil litigation practice with an emphasis on employment litigation and counseling, commercial and business litigation, and construction law.
Ms. Johnston has tried numerous cases before juries and judges, and continues to defend companies against lawsuits. She has also represented clients in administrative proceedings, and before executive agencies.
In her construction cases, Ms. Johnston has handled claims on federal, state, and privately funded construction projects, dealing with nearly every aspect of design and construction. Among her best clients are some of Utah’s leading women-owned construction companies, who she helps navigate complex contract claims in a male-dominated construction industry.
In her free time Ms. Johnston enjoys traveling to new places with her husband, and exploring the beauty and non-humidity of Utah. She also loves to read, cook, and of course obsess over all things football and Dallas Cowboys related.
